Order Processing Time All orders are carefully packed and processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during high-volume periods or sales, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates and Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items and your location. We offer trackable shipping options to ensure your vintage pieces arrive safely. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the shipping carrier selected at checkout. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Where We Ship From All our vintage and second-hand items are currently stored, inspected, and shipped directly from our studio in Romania.

International Shipping and Customs Duties We proudly ship across Europe and internationally.

  • Within the European Union (EU): Since we ship from Romania (an EU member state), orders delivered within the EU are not subject to any additional customs duties or import taxes.

  • Outside the European Union (e.g., UK, USA, etc.): Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Nebrea is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes are your sole responsibility as the customer. If you refuse to pay these fees and the package is returned to us, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system. If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe provided by the carrier, please contact us at hello@nebrea.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages As stated in our Return Policy, Nebrea is not liable for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at hello@nebrea.com with clear photos so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
