Return and Refund Policy
At Nebrea, we curate each Ralph Lauren piece with extreme attention to detail. All our items are second-hand and/or vintage unless explicitly stated otherwise. This means that garments may show minor signs of wear and tear due to the passage of time. Any significant defects (visible stains, holes, missing buttons) will always be photographed and detailed in the product description. By making a purchase, the customer accepts the second-hand nature of the item.
However, we understand that sometimes a garment might not fit exactly as you expected. If you are not 100% in love with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Window
In accordance with European Union regulations, you have 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your package to request a return. After these 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Conditions for Returns
Since we sell unique vintage and pre-loved pieces, it is essential that the garment returns to our studio in Romania in the exact same condition it was sent. For a return to be accepted, the item must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in any way.
- Keep all original store tags (if any) and our packaging.
- Have no odors (perfume, smoke, etc.) or makeup stains.
Note: All our garments are thoroughly inspected and photographed prior to shipping to document their condition. Natural signs of wear described in the vintage product listing are not considered defects. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item shows signs of having been worn by the customer.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit on their way back to us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sizing and Measurements
Vintage sizing can differ significantly from modern sizing. Please carefully review the measurements in centimeters provided in each product description and compare them with a garment of your own before purchasing to ensure a proper fit.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at hello@nebrea.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Once your return is accepted, please securely package the garment and send it directly to our studio at the following address:

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. You must contact us at hello@nebrea.com within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item. Important: If the package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the exterior box and the damaged item before opening or discarding anything. This is strictly required so we can evaluate the issue, make it right, and file a compensation claim with the shipping carrier.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Please note that all regular return conditions and shipping responsibilities apply equally to sale or discounted items.
Exchanges
Since our pieces are one-of-a-kind, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable and it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 5 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received the funds, please contact us at hello@nebrea.com.
